  1. Instructions on how to claim the cash back and and information on the cash back form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the ZYRTEC® 2025 Cashback (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional coupon. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

  2. Participation in this Promotion is only open to permanent Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating pharmacy retailers and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age, place of residence at the nominated residential address and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter reasonably believes has submitted a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process in any way. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  4. Incomplete, ineligible, indecipherable, late or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or misdirected claims, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telecommunications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

  5. Only one (1) claim permitted per residential address (PO box addresses and business addresses are not permitted). Each claimant may only claim in relation to a purchase of one participating ZYRTEC® product once per household per promotional period. Multiple claims on the same Qualifying Purchase are not permitted.

  6. To claim, participants must go online to www.zyrtec.com.au/cashbackand (1) enter their details as prompted, including the claimant’s details and the last six digits from the product barcode (2) upload a photo of their Qualifying Purchase receipt and (3) receive the relevant cash back in the form of digital VISA Gift Card (all participating store purchases) or elect to have ZYRTEC® make a donation to the same cash back value to the claimant’s choice of our four charity partners (donations only available for Chemist Warehouse purchases only).

  7. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase in their claim as proof of purchase. Failure to produce this proof of purchase for a claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to the cash back. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the product purchased, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to the claim.

  8. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.

  9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Where a valid claim is made and the claimant elects to receive cash back, the claimant will receive this via a digital VISA Gift Card.

  11. All digital VISA Gift Cards will be sent to the address provided on the claim form (Australian addresses only) within fourty-five (45) days from the date of receipt by the Promoter of a valid claim. Once any prize has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the Prize.   12. Where the relevant prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value determined at its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authority, where required.

  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the receipt of cash backs. Independent financial advice should be sought.

  14. If for any reason a claimant does not redeem the cash back by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the cash back will be forfeited. The Promoter is not responsible for any Gift Cards lost in transit.

  15. All claim forms, barcodes and receipts received by the Promoter, become the property of the Promoter.

  16. Any costs associated with participating in this Promotion (including registering online and submitting a claim) are the claimants’ responsibility.

  17. If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter any aspect of this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated (including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; (b) invalidate any claims; or (c) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

  2. Entry is open only to Australian TerryWhite Chemmart stores where Zyrtec is sold. Directors, management and employees of the Promoters and associated companies and  agencies  as well  as  the  immediate  families  of  each  of  these  people  are  not eligible to enter.

  3. The promotion begins on 9thAugust2025at 12:01am (Sydney time) and closes 19thSeptember2025 at 11:59pm (Sydney time) (Promotion Period).

  4. To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must: visit www.zyrtec.com.au/retailerreward-twcm follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, and submit a fully completed entry form by inputting the requested details (Store Name, Store Postal Address, Store Email Address, Store Phone Number) and uploading  &  submitting  a  time  stamped  photo  of  a Zyrtecdisplay  that  meets  the criteria detailed in 2025 Zyrtec Retailer Reward Program -Criteria for Entry found at www.zyrtec.com.au/retailerreward-twcm (Compliant Photo).

  5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Each entrant may only enter once.

  10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The top five (5)entries judged to be the best entries will win a prize. In the event that more than 5 entrants has  the  same  Growth Percentage, the  store (from  these  multiple entrants) with the highest dollar growth (based on IQVIA data) during the Promotional Period will be declared the winners.

  11. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The top five (5) entries judged to be the best entries will win a prize. In the event that more than 5entrantshas  the  same Growth Percentage, the store (from  these  multiple entrants) with the highest dollar growth (based on IQVIA data) during the Promotional Period will be declared the winners. Entries that are found to have been derived from third party work will be considered invalid and, if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. Without limiting the generality of other conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to have breached this condition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to (i) not consider any entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry; and (ii) to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions of entry or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.   12. Each entrant warrants and agrees that:

    1. the entrant has created the entry themself;

    2. the entrant is entitled to reproduce and exploit all of the underlying works in the entry; the entrant will not submit material in their entry that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless the entrant is the owner of such rights;

    3. the entry has not been previously published in any other medium or forum worldwide

    4. they will not submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, derogatory, threatening, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, hateful, racially, religiously or ethnically offensive, or encourages, evidences or indicates conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violates any law;

    5. the entry will not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and

    6. the entrant has not granted rights to their entry to any other person which is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Promoter.

  13. Each entrant consents to the Promoter (and each of its assignees and  licensees) doing or omitting to do anything which may infringe any and all moral rights of the entrant including to edit, alter and reproduce the entry, and that such consents have been obtained to the full extent permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

  14. As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner agrees to:
    if required by the Promoter, sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of their entry; and
    irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter all of his/her right, title and interest (including without limitation all intellectual property rights such as present and future copyright) in and to the winning entry and to sign a document (in a form to be determined by the Promoter) to acknowledge this assignment to the Promoter.

  15. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that if their entry wins, the Promoter (any each of its  assignees and licensees) have the right, in their absolute discretion, to edit, amend, copy, use, publish, broadcast and communicate to the public, the entry in any media including  the internet, without any further consultation, reference, payment or any other compensation to the entrant.

  16. Each entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

  17. The winning entries will win a prize of a Visa Prepaid Card valued at $1,000 AUD.

  18. The total prize pool is valued at $5000 in Australian dollars. All prize values are the recommended retail value (including  GST) in Australia  as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss  (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not  arising from any person’s  negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize,  except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

  20. Once any prize has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies  and  companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the prize.

  21. Each winner will be notified by phone call and then via email within two (2) business days of the draw during the Promotion Period. The winning store name(s) and their Suburb/Postcodes   will be published at www.zyrtec.com.au/retailerreward-twcm within five(5) days of the relevant draw.

  22. The Promoter may require a winner to verify their entry and provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and proof of purchase. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

  23. Prizes will be mailed by the Promoter directly to the winner to the address provided on their entry form within 28 days of the judging of the winner.

  24. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  26. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
